A: Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi wa Sallam) said that a Nabi (prophet) should be buried at the same place where he died. Since Rasuloollah (Sallallaahu Alayhi wa Sallam) passed away in the room of Hadhrat Aaâisha (Radhiyallaahu Anhaa), he was buried there. In fact, he was buried at the very spot where he passed away.
